On a first session, we review your customized meal plan in great detail so you are equipped to follow it effectively. We also get a baseline of your starting point, which includes doing measurements and pictures (if you are comfortable with that), followed by a fitness and form evaluation.
After the first session, we start by recapping the week, hold you accountable to weekly action items, help you organize and plan strategically, answer questions, and provide applicable guidance. We finish with a workout component in our private gym space, so you get a lot out of the hour!
Of course, we realize that every client is different and sometimes the format can change. Sessions are client-directed, meaning that if you want to get something specific out of your time, we will absolutely do our best to accommodate!
