The average Infinity client meets just once a week with their Health Coach, making it easy and realistic to fit it in their week. A typical session includes a weekly recap to ensure action items have been met, new goals are set, and questions are answered. A weekly weigh in and a fitness component are also part of the hour, so you get a lot of out your sessions!
