30 Minute Sessions

    • Our Virtual Coaching Program is the most convenient and best value package we offer, to save you time and money while keeping you connected and accountable to your program. The Virtual Coaching Program is 4 months (minimum requirement), and includes a personalized health coaching program with 16 weekly sessions (up to 45 minutes each).

    • You'll receive a custom nutrition & lifestyle plan with weekly nutrition counseling.

    • A structured exercise plan to follow outside of sessions.

    • Weekly discussion, planning, and accountability to stay on track and consistent.

    • Weekly weigh in and monthly measurements, pictures, and progress updates are completed by the client (forms provided)

    • Access to our recipe database and exclusive client community.

    • Unlimited text/email support in between sessions (initiated by client, as needed).
