This fun and educational session covers all about how to improve your eating habits in and out of the office. Key takeaways include meal prep tips and how to pack a healthy lunch, navigating around restaurant food, managing portion control, and discovering a way of eating that is balanced and sustainable.
1-HOUR NUTRITION + FITNESS PRESENTATION
Overall health isn’t just about one domain of wellness, which is why we combine food and fitness together in one interactive and educational session for your employees. They will learn how to move more and eat better to fuel their bodies and brains to feel their best.
WORKPLACE FITNESS CLASSES
Infinity can bring your favorite group fitness classes right to the office! Our class options include bootcamp, yoga, and strength training fundamentals in a 45 or 60 minute format.
