Without my Infinity Coach, I would never be where I am today. I signed up for the 6 month program because I figured if I only signed up for 1 month I would fall back into my old routine. So glad I did – I haven’t been in this kind of shape in 30 years!

I’ve been saying for years that I have to do something about my weight and get into better shape, but it was always easier to stay on the couch. Then, age crept up and so did some medical issues that needed addressing, or my health could have taken a turn for the worst. I’ve lost almost 30 pounds, I have more energy, and I don’t come home from work and fall asleep on the couch like I used to. Now, I come home energized and ready to do my home workouts. I can keep up with our granddaughter now and not feel exhausted after spending time with her. I’ve gotten so many compliments from family, friends and co-workers, all saying how great I look and to keep up the good work. Many ask what diet I’m on, and I have to tell them it’s not a diet…it’s a lifestyle change!

My Coach has been so great at being a total support system in and out of sessions. Every week we discuss challenges, accomplishments, meal planning and recipes, and goal setting for the week so I’m set up for success. The accountability has been key in keeping me on track, and the workouts have been tough, but good!

Now that I’ve lost all this weight, I plan on doing a closet purge (nothing fits anymore. Yay!) and going shopping for a new wardrobe. I’ve always hated shopping for clothes because things just made me look/feel huge (and I was), which was very depressing. But now, I’m actually getting excited to go try on new sizes since I’ve lost 21 inches!

I really look forward to my weekly sessions, it is far from a chore. My Coach has challenged me, encouraged me, and kept me motivated this whole time, and I know I wouldn’t be where I am today without the help of her. So thank you to Infinity, the custom programs, and the fabulous team of Coaches!
