I spent a good part of the pandemic in my home country, Brazil. There, I ended up eating more and exercising less than I should have, which affected my body and mind. That said, I’ve always been a very active person, but this changed that. When I returned to Canada, I discovered Infinity, and right from the first consultation I instantly knew that this company was right for me. The meal plan was painless and easy to follow, and the results continued to give me the motivation to keep training and following it. I am very happy with the results we have achieved together, and the health they have helped me restore. I only have good things to say about the company and my coach. It is definitely worth it!
