Strength Training Fundamentals: this one-of-a-kind program is designed to help you master good form while implementing heavier, more controlled weight lifting exercises in to your workout. Each week focuses on specific muscle groups to help you effectively build muscle and strength in a safe way.

Yoga for Strength & Mobility: a powerful sequence that balances strength-building with moments of expansion and release. The outcome of this class will help you build strength, flexibility, and balance while improving awareness and harmony in the body and mind.
