Group Fitness

Infinity bootcamp classes are total body conditioning classes that help increase strength, stamina, and energy while burning fat and reducing stress levels. These programs are challenging, but also cater to anyone who might be newer to bootcamp as we provide plenty of modifications and extensive instruction on form and technique in order to maximize your results in a safe and effective way.

Group Fitness events are a fantastic way to stay motivated, as you feed off of the other participants energy to accomplish more than you would if doing these workouts alone.
