Megan strives to advocate health and healing of the whole body. Her nutritional focus promotes good gut health, a strong immune system, and better mental fitness. Megan's own struggles with mental wellness are what sparked her passion to pursue a career in helping other discover the immense benefits of prioritizing good nutrition, regular exercise, and overall wellness.

 

Megan has been involved in sports since a young age and has been coaching high-level volleyball in her community since 2013. Her expertise includes teaching others how to fuel their bodies and minds through proper eating habits, sports performance, and strength and conditioning training. As Megan's client, you can expect to achieve the strength and stamina to live life to the fullest!

Amanda is an advocate for life and being able to enjoy every ounce of it with a healthy, balanced lifestyle. After receiving her diploma in Nutrition and Sports Nutrition, she began advocating the connection between what we eat and how we feel. Her passion for a sustainable food source led her to the study of permaculture and urban gardening practices. Amanda demonstrates that small spaces can have an enormous impact, and that when we grow our own food, we find a deeper connection and appreciation for it.


A dedicated yogi with nearly 20 years of personal practice, becoming a teacher was an organic progression. After obtaining her 200-hour RYT, she began teaching and was eager to share her new knowledge with anyone who entered the yoga studio. She continued her education by completing a restorative yoga certification to compliment the more rigorous Rocket vinyasa flows, and to balance out what she was able to offer in a variety of classes. She strives to bring not only a complete workout of the body, but also the mind, with an emphasis on breathing techniques and guided meditation.

Cheyenne discovered a love for health and fitness after high school, when she took up running as a way to improve her health. She found that among the many benefits, exercise has been an outlet that’s helped her mental health the most. The dramatic improvement to her life sparked a passion for health and wellness that led her to pursue her certification as a Personal Trainer and a Nutritionist.


Cheyenne has been involved in strength training and bootcamps for almost ten years, and is an avid outdoor runner in the summer months. She takes a special interest in helping people fuel their mind and body through healthy eating habits and regular exercise.

Char experienced a total mind and body transformation of her own through weight training, plant-based eating, and holistic health. Her own struggles with weight gain, menopause, stress, and injuries sparked a desire to focus on becoming a better version of herself, and she has successfully overcome these challenges.


Her newfound passion for healthy living led her to pursue her certification in Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching. Char loves to learn, and is inspired to help her clients live their healthiest, most confident lives.


Char believes in living each day to the fullest, and her adventures include sky diving, zip lining, snorkeling in the ocean, and becoming an advanced SCUBA diver.

Owner Shauna Muldrew is a Personal Trainer and Registered Health and Nutrition Counselor (RHNC), and has her diploma in Holistic Nutrition & Health Coaching. Her many certifications include Holistic Health and Nutritional Medicine, Nutrition & Lifestyle in Pregnancy, Integrative Health Fundamentals, Nutrition Sciences, and Meal Planning. Shauna studied Kinesiology and Applied Health at the University of Winnipeg, and has been in the health and fitness industry for a decade.
